1. Returns

You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be in their original packaging, sealed, and in resellable condition.

For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return under the terms above.

within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
